Denver, as you may know, is the "Mile High" city. The air here is rarified at an altitude of 5,680 feet, it is thinner that in most other locations. I am a Colorado native. I have never lived anywhere else and don’t imagine that I ever will. I love living in Colorado. The changing seasons, the mountains, the lifestyle all keep life interesting.
Since 1995, I have been associated with the number one RE/MAX office in the Rocky Mountain Region, whose agents produce the highest average sales volume per agent and who cumulatively produce the highest sales volume of any other RE/MAX office in the region. I sell exquisite, upscale homes in Boulder, Boulder County and the Denver Metro area– one of the most beautiful and active locations in the country. In my career, I have participated in over 250 transactions for properties priced between $500,000 to $4,200,000. I love what I do and I am good at it. Life can’t get much better than that.

My career has been focused on high-end sales of new and pre-owned homes and home sites in the Boulder, Boulder County & Denver Metro market since 1989. I have a specialized and extensive background in marketing and sales of new custom construction. My career began in on site sales; I was promoted to Marketing Director, then to Director of Operations for Griffin Marketing, Inc., a real estate company specializing in high end sales of new custom homes communities providing marketing, consulting and sales services for developers and builders.
Working with over 50 different high end custom home builders in 15 different custom home communities has prepared me to negotiate and maneuver in many diverse situations and various aspects of real estate. I have acted as a consultant for buyers, sellers, builders, and developers for various aspects of the real estate industry. I have extensive experience in assisting with the design and development of architectural plans for new custom home construction.
My experience and educational designations as a Certified REO Agent, Certified Distressed Property Expert and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource have provided me with the knowledge and expertise to assist owners who are currently experiencing difficulties due the current economic conditions. I list and sell REO properties for various banks and Fannie Mae, a key element to our economic recovery.

In addition, I have joined more than 16,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the SRES® designation (Senior Residential Estate Specialist). This distinguished designation combines with years of experience and knowledge to offer the utmost expertise and service to my clientele.
